Follow the spine: joined records are now links, not labels

The account, feature, insight and objective names shown on a record are now clickable through to that record. Eight places that displayed a joined name as plain text are now real navigation, and insights gained shareable filtered views.

The joins were always there. Now you can walk them.

A task has always known which account, objective, insight and feature it belongs to. The panel showing them rendered those names as plain text — you could set the relationship, then had to go find the thing yourself.

Those names are links now. Eight places changed:

Two of those were showing you a number and keeping the rows to itself. The Account 360 Work tab was worse: it asked you to connect GitHub for work that was already in your board.

Filtered views of insights you can share

Insights now takes ?feature=, ?account= and ?insight= filters. Arriving from a linked record shows you a filtered view with a visible, dismissible chip saying what you're looking at — and an empty state that names what it searched for rather than implying you have no insights at all.

Because the filter lives in the URL, that view is a link you can send someone.

Available now across the workspace.
