We described a charge that doesn't exist
Our pricing said agent seats included 150 task-runs, then cost $0.25 per run after that. We have never billed that. It is not in the product, and no customer has ever been charged it.
It was wrong in the places that matter most: the terms of service and the refund policy — contract documents, one of which carried a non-refundable usage-overage clause for a charge that doesn't exist. It was also on the pricing page, the agents page, and in the machine-readable files that AI assistants quote when someone asks them what we cost. All in eight languages.
It also contradicted the claim printed next to it, which is the true one: AI on AIOProductOS is never credit-metered.
Everything about it is now removed, everywhere, in every language.
What is actually true
The $29 agent seat is real and unchanged. It is a flat monthly seat, the same as a human one. There is no per-run charge, no credit balance, and no usage meter attached to it.
Plans remain flat monthly with every module included and no per-seat pricing on the plan itself. The published tiers on the pricing page are the real numbers.
If you compared us on that basis, the comparison was against a worse product than the one we sell. We would rather correct that loudly than quietly.
