The chat widget your product embeds grew from "a message box" into a full support lifecycle:
- End chat + CSAT — visitors can close a conversation and rate it; the rating lands as a chip in your inbox, so satisfaction is measured where the conversation happened.
- Conversation history — returning visitors see their past conversations in the same browser and can start a fresh one cleanly. No login required, no new auth surface added.
- A Help tab with your FAQ — answers before the conversation starts. Author entries in the new FAQ builder, or let the AI draft FAQ entries from your spine (what customers actually ask) — every draft is human-approved before it publishes.
- Server-driven theming — restyle the widget from your dashboard and every install updates on Save. No customer redeploys, no embed-code changes.
All of it rides the same ~10 KB widget — the lifecycle didn't cost your page speed. Also fixed: archived threads now open their messages correctly, and the Chat module page no longer crashes on product switch.
